As a long-serving faculty member at Delhi Public School (DPS), Ratinder Sawhney dedicated over 25 years to teaching, mentoring, and shaping young minds. Her unwavering commitment to education earned her the Best Role Model Teacher Award, a recognition of her exemplary service. Today, as a BCPA & ACCPH-UK accredited Career Counsellor, British Council – Certified IELTS Coach, and Certified PTE Coach, she specialises in stream selection, career guidance, and psychometric assessments. Her approach blends empathetic mentoring with globally recognised tools to deliver authentic, stress-free career roadmaps that empower individuals to step confidently into their future.

Ankur Seth, an alumnus of DPS R.K. Puram, brings over 16 years of corporate experience to this shared mission. After earning a B.A. (Hons) in Economics from the University of Delhi and an MBA, Finance from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad he built his career with global firms such as D.E. Shaw, Moody’s Analytics, and Bain & Company. A Certified Career Analyst (CCA) and Certified Career Counsellor for International Studies (CCCIS), he combines strategic, data-driven expertise with genuine empathy, guiding students and professionals through stream selection, study-abroad opportunities, and career pivots.
